Korteks Mensucat Business Development and Project Chief B\u00fc\u015fra Tun\u00e7man, who started her activities within Zorlu Holding in 1989, contributed to the sector with her presentation titled "Digital Transformation Decision in Storage" at the first event of this year.<\/p>\n

Focusing on the problems arising from the disadvantages of the floor stacking method, Tun\u00e7man touched upon issues such as long search times, on-time delivery problems to the customer and insufficient storage space. The Fully Automated Warehouse AS\/RS Project, carried out to overcome these difficulties, aims to both reduce the need for labor and make warehouse operations safer and more efficient.<\/p>\n

In her presentation at the ST Industry Summits, Korteks Mensucat Business Development and Project Chief B\u00fc\u015fra Tun\u00e7man shared the significant gains that the transition to the automatic storage system provided for her companies. Stating that they saved 437,839 kWh of energy and 189,146 KgCO2 carbon footprint annually, Tun\u00e7man touched upon the cost advantages as well as this gain in environmental sustainability..<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/strong>Touching on the economic gains achieved by minimizing pallet damage, Tun\u00e7man stated that they achieved a profit of 5 million 659 thousand 500 TL with repeated use thanks to the automatic storage system. This means a significant cost reduction and resource efficiency in warehouse operations.<\/p>\n
